In the midst of a hectic and overbooked environment, she went above and beyond to help my very sick dog.
Dr. St. Clair was compassionate, honest, and incredibly thoughtful with her care. She took the time to truly listen, gave me clear direction, and made sure my dog was seen and treated. The staff and Doctor’s kindness & dedication stood out in a big way and made all the difference during a really difficult time.
Dr. St. Clair is a gem, even amidst a corporate environment that may not always be providing proper bandwidth.”

“This appointment was for both of our dogs to get their toe nails trimmed. I just cannot do this by myself. The techs take care of them. They are very kind to both dogs. One of our dogs is a mini dachshund. She is not very friendly and she becomes very stressed out at the vets. The techs take very good care of her while she is there. The staff and the docs are all very caring.”
“I brought my cat Frank in on a holiday Monday as a walk-in. Even though his vitals were good, they immediately knew something was wrong and took him back right away. They handled him with such calm, skill, and compassion that he was completely at ease, which meant everything to me in such a scary moment.
He was facing what could have been emergency surgery, but thanks to their quick action and care, they stabilized him with fluids and treatment without needing invasive procedures. What I expected to be a multi-day stay turned into just overnight, and I’m now bringing him home.
Every single person—from the front desk to the techs to the doctors—was incredible. They were kind, efficient, and genuinely cared about Frank and about me. Because of this experience, I won’t just use them for emergencies—I’ll be trusting them with all of Frank’s veterinary care going forward. I’m deeply grateful for what they did for him.”

They are also very upfront about the fees/costs of service so there are no surprises when you go to check out.”

“Our little schnauzer was having some health issues and he fainted late one night. We ran to Animal Urgent Care and they did everything they could to help! They said they could keep him on oxogen and comfortable through the night but his heart was too weak. They gave him enough energy to let us say goodbye and cuddle him. We never wanted to say goodbye to our baby, but they made it as comfortable as possible. The staff was incredibly compassionate and kind during a very difficult moment for our family.”

“I had been wanting to come and leave a review for a while but the whole situation surrounding putting down our beloved Yorkie and old baby of 17 years has been weighing heavily on me. Today I received a very nice card in the mail from the Blue Pearl team expressing their condolences for our loss. I thought that was really sweet and the experience in office was wonderful (because they are good at what they do, obviously the situation itself sucked). Everyone that I interacted with was very kind and well suited for the difficult job that they perform; a very thoughtful, patient and knowledgeable group of people. The company that they work with that does the actual cremations also did a very nice job. Attached are pictures of our dog's ashes when we got them back.”
“So appreciative of the staff at VCA Broadway. Millie broke her tooth shortly before Thanksgiving when she was scheduled to be boarded at VCA for two weeks! The kennel team took such great care of her during her stay and Dr. Luegers even performed her tooth extraction surgery and dental cleaning during her boarding. Millie healed so quickly and is enjoying life pain free now thanks to VCA! Thank you!!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Gunbarrel Animal Hospital. Initially, I chose this vet based on where I lived as it was only about 5 minutes away. The quality of care there was so good I’ve continued to use their services despite moving farther away and being closer to many other vet offices. We have been clients for about 8 years with a few different pets and have received excellent routine care as well as emergencies (ACL tear and surgery), cancer and end of life care, and the occasional unexpected issue. We typically see Dr. Feller who is absolutely fabulous and has earned my full trust when it comes to my animals. She always explains things in full details and lays out options for care so an informed decision can be made. I’ve also seen other doctors when care has been needed ASAP and always received excellent care. Additionally, the vet techs and front desk staff are always friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. We love Gunbarrel Animal Hospital and feel so lucky and secure to rely on them for animal care.”

“After moving to Colorado from California, I chose this vet from some good reviews online, even though it wasn't the closest one to my apartment. I always felt like my dog Bacon was in good hands with his checkups, dental cleaning, blood work, shots, and occasional treatment for illness. My previous vet in California felt a little sales-y and got me to sign up for more than needed, while Sunshine was relaxed and never pushed me into anything unnecessary for my pup. My CA vet always felt behind schedule and rushed as well, while at Sunshine, I feel like I can calmly go over EVERY question I have, which is a lot, without feeling like I need to speed things up so they can get to the next appointment. You can request appointments through their site and get a quick response to schedule a visit. They also send reminders which is nice. Plus you can sync up with Pet Desk for records. Pleasant, sunny staff, from the front desk to the assistants to the vets. Prices were a little more affordable than California, too. They sell prescription food for about the same price as Petsmart, which is often out of stock. Only frustrating thing was when I brought my dog in for a routine exam and brought up a couple stool concerns, they were kind of brushed off as nothing to worry about, then he got super sick a couple weeks later and I had to bring him back for another visit and exam, which felt like it cost me extra for something that they could have gotten out in front of. Other than that hiccup, it's always a nice visit at Sunshine (even though my dog hates walking through those doors every time).”
