I have been coming here for a few months now and it’s amazing. The instructors are very kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. There are a variety of classes to choose from and the community is great! Highly recommended giving it a try!

I’ve really enjoyed learning more about myself through yoga, and the instructors at haute yoga have done a great job of helping me get there. Is it too hot or do you wish you were somewhere else? Don’t like burpees, or do you think you can’t do burpees? All of the above!

Following 26 postures through a delightful sweaty journey Lisa provided clear instruction and a carefully compassionate cadence that pushes your edge to a space of self-adoration and pride. Haute Yoga Colorado, the premier hot yoga studio, is located at I-25 and Highway 7 in Thornton. We offer a variety of classes from topnotch teachers. Students may choose from traditional hot yoga, heated flow, fitness based classes, or relaxing, meditative yoga.
Our studio has state of the art systems including radiant heat, dry steam, mat flooring and an ionizer that keeps the studio air free from viruses, mold, and mildew.
Props and mats and surfaces are sanitized using our non-hazardous, environmentally responsible cleaner/sanitizer.
