“I didn't shop here, or buy batteries. But I did pull into their parking lot to start cleaning up my 6 year old who vomitted in the car in the middle of highway 36 as it's right off the exit. One of the staff members there came out and offered us to come in through the back door and use their restroom to get cleaned up and found plastic bags for us for her clothes, etc. This was a small kindness, but meant a lot to us to help deal with a hard situation. So I don't know about their batteries, but I do know they're decent people! Thanks for help!”

They are fair and honest folks and they never get upset when you pull half your stuff out of your unit to rearrange or go through it ! They will work with you if your having financial hardships, and really want you to keep your belogings, and stay . So glad i moved my things here from U haul. And that move saved me $118 per month, so very fair pricing! All around best place to rent from . 5 stars all the way !!! “Easy check in process. You can park on the street if you get here early but not like overnight or anything, more like a few hours.So you pull in pay the guard shack to the stop sign. The guard will hand you a slip and tell you where to park. You then call that number on the slip to check in. They will then send you a door number via text message. Once you find the door make sure you use the rubber ramps by the dock to pull up on. Open doors (bust seal if you have one) put your paperwork in the trailer, oh and move your tandems.Should not be that long to get unloaded once you're appointment time is reached.”

In 5 minutes he found the problem and got right on ordering the parts for it.The other guys pretty much told us we were crazy and there is no leak. “I arrived at 3 am for a 10:30 am appointment. When the gentleman came out at 3:30 am asking for paperwork I handed him mine and he said to go and park and wait by the entrance of their facility. They called me at 6:30 am and got me unloaded by 8 am. I sent them the lumper fee through their app. They came out and gave me my papers. They do have some overnight parking. Just make sure you arrive early if u need to park before your appointment.”

“Sooo much cleaner and nicer to visit than the Sam's club across the way. Sam's is super ghetto!! Mexican people stealing, opening packages left and right. Costco is like Nordstrom while Sam's is like a dollar store in a bad neighborhood!”
