“Amazing locally owned business! They are super nice and helpful! ?I went in to get some bacon and had to choose between hardwood or applewood smoked. It was a difficult decision! I’ll go back and try the other ones! ?Then I saw the steaks and I’m super excited to try them on our grill! I am going to get the chicken breasts and marinate them in a teriyaki sauce overnight and grill them. It makes such a great meal and it’s so easy. ???They take special orders. I am going to get some chorizo sausage for breakfast burritos. ?I will be back over and over. Whether it’s a ham for Easter or Prime Rib for Christmas- I know where I will be buying all of my family’s meat! I might even make some homemade barbecue brisket- now that I can get fresh meat from a local butcher! ♥️”

“Visiting a friend in COS and we had the pleasure of getting to look around inside. The “shark” and “alligator” sign caught my eye. The woman running the shop was so welcoming and informative, and even gave us some samples to try! I ended up buying the sampled one- it was actually barbecued mushrooms but they were so tender and smoky. Will certainly be returning.”
