I had a good experience with Hertz. It was convenient, the staff was helpful, and everything went well.

Branch is a joke (Marcus is upper mgmt apparently). On a routine rental, tried to charge extra day, then adjusted amount to another amount claiming system issues. Wasted time bouncing back and forth with Billing. Never rent from Hertz.

Wish I could give zero stars. Like a Seinfeld episode. Made a reservation, went to get the car, no car. They "hoped" to have one by the end of the day. Don't waste you time.
