“I visited the Pandora location today in the Danbury Mall and had a great experience. I received a chain bracelet as a Christmas gifts but within a week of wearing it one of the letters came off and I couldn't find it. The lady at Pandora explained to me I could call the number at Pandora and they would more than likely replace it because of the timeframe that it happened. She was kind enough to even print out the receipt so I wouldn't have to look for it when I got home. Sometimes you go places and they are quick to direct you somewhere else but I felt like she really cared that my little charm was replaced and that goes a long way:)”

“This Claire's store is really good! It is kinda tight, so you might want to watch where your going so you don't bump into people. Otherwise, this is my favorite Claire's location. I met the manager one day when I was shopping here for a chorus concert I had coming up. The manager is really really friendly and she is the best person to be managing the store! “I can not express how awesome Tribu is! The staff is so sweet, patient and knowledgeable. I had an associate by the name of Evie(my apologies if I spelt your name wrong) and she was honestly incredible! I originally went in yesterday just to get some new nose rings and ended up booking an appointment to get an ear piercing the next day. I told Evie that my only concern about getting a piercing was how it would look since my ears are smaller. She helped me by showing me what different ear piercings would look like on me. She was so helpful and comforting, that I booked my appointment within the time frame she was working the next day. Fast forward to today where I went in and was greeted by Evie. There's just something about having someone who is patient and understanding that makes the nerves go away. She helped me to pick out the perfect stud for my conch piercing. I then met the piercer who was Aly (again sorry if I'm botching your spelling as well) and she was very knowledgeable. She explained every single thing that she was using and or doing which made the experience so much more relaxing. The piercing room and the whole store in general is super clean! Aly marked the spot for the conch piercing and even felt the spot to make sure it was good. The most comforting part was having Evie there to reassure me that everything looked great! Aly counted me down and did the breathing with me. Before I knew it the piercing was done and I was all set to go. Aly went through all the after care instructions and answered the questions I had. All in all literally the BEST piercing experience I have ever had and will definitely be coming back for more piercings.”
