“I enjoy banking locally " wherre everybody knows your name". Each f the tellers and all of the managerial staff have been most helpful. Initially, I had difficulty with the online transfer feature due to some browser incompatabilities. Once I added an alternative browser the issues have resolved. I particularly like the ability to call the bank and speak with a" human" despite having facility and experience on-line. “It's a pretty big place and the people seem nice, but it's very busy a lot of the time. They only have two employees when there's six or more customers in line. Sometimes, an employee has to man the drive through window and act as a teller at the same time. Before they say they're short staffed or understaffed, don't be so picky as to who you hire, maybe that's why you're understaffed and short staffed. That's why people get annoyed, people have things to do, places to go, schedules, etc.”

“I have yet to go to any of the Milford Bank branches and ever have any issues. However, I use the Stratford location mainly. Matt has helped me on multiple occasions. He always looks out for my best interest and is quick to respond on any task. He is great to work with and easy to trust with your money or investment. The rest of the staff is also very kind and helpful as well. Milford Bank is growing and evolving, but they constantly prove they still care about their customers (small or big) and maintain good relationships with them unlike other banks. “I’ve been with this bank since it took over. I’ve had nothing but excellent service. Everyone in the bank is great, from the tellers to the officers. I have had several problems arise where my account was compromised. They took care of the matter immediately. They were wonderful. My only problem I have ever had was the ATM was out, and no notice had been posted outside. I had to drive up to ATM, find out it’s not dispensing cash, and then having to drive all around to the grunt if the bank. That’s the only problem I’ve ever had.”

The teller, who has worked at the bank, long before M&T took over handled my transaction in a way that made me feel like I had all of my questions answered. She made sure that I received the best rate and she was even able to train and assist other tellers. I was able to open the account and I also learned more about savings and interest rates. The best part was receiving customer service with a smile!”

“I showed up 15 minutes early like the appointment said. I had all my paperwork with me to get my gold star on my license. My appointment was at 3 o’clock. I walked in at 2:45 PM. I don’t remember the gentleman‘s name that took care of me but he was fantastic explained everything as we did it even re-took my picture because he said the first one was not good so he didn’t have to make me live with that for six years on my license. And I was out the door and in my car before 3 o’clock. They did a great job and they’re highly recommend!!”
