In today's world, when we can get a person on the phone to help us, that's a big deal. I really appreciated her help.β
βIt's a pretty big place and the people seem nice, but it's very busy a lot of the time. They only have two employees when there's six or more customers in line. Sometimes, an employee has to man the drive through window and act as a teller at the same time. Before they say they're short staffed or understaffed, don't be so picky as to who you hire, maybe that's why you're understaffed and short staffed. That's why people get annoyed, people have things to do, places to go, schedules, etc.β

βIβve been with this bank since it took over. Iβve had nothing but excellent service. Everyone in the bank is great, from the tellers to the officers. I have had several problems arise where my account was compromised. They took care of the matter immediately. They were wonderful. My only problem I have ever had was the ATM was out, and no notice had been posted outside. I had to drive up to ATM, find out itβs not dispensing cash, and then having to drive all around to the grunt if the bank. Thatβs the only problem Iβve ever had.β

βMy wife had always said good things about Sikorsky Credit Union and I finally listened and checked them out. I went down on a Saturday without an appointment and was trying to see if I could secure a car loan. I was asking a lot for any day of the week let alone a Saturday. I was in a time crunch because the dealership said my offer would expire. I was lucky enough to have come across Agustin Saravia who is the Branch Manager. This guy was amazing! He was able to overcome some obstacles and set me up with a checking and savings account and secure a car loan for me all within a couple of hours. I cannot say enough good things about Agustin. This guy went above and beyond and I am extremely grateful and will be doing more business with Sikorsky. Thank You!β

βIt was kind of hard to find at first. It's on the road between Guitar Center and the Amazon center. I missed it the first couple times I drove past cuz its just a plain ATM with minimal signage.β
