Empty waiting room yet a 2+ hr wait. And the wait only continued once they brought me into the room. After another 45min they informed me I had not been registered in the system by the person who checked me in upon arrival. And after all of that, they refused to see me. Terrible experience. Do not recommend!!

Hartford Healthcare urgent care is great. the location is very convenient. short wait time - professional receptionists, nurses and doctors. excellent hours and perfect as my general practitioner no longer has walk-in apts.

With five locations in the community, we’re there to get you feeling back to normal fast. And since illness and injury doesn’t always happen when the doctor’s office is open, we’re open late and early.
