“I mostly dealt with a lady named Jessy and a gentleman named Paul. After an accident that wasn't my fault I initially dealt with Jessy who helped find me a vehicle even though they didn't have one at their location right away. She looked around other locations and was able to get me into a mid-size SUV that evening which meant a lot to my family. I fell in love with this vehicle and a couple of weeks later she set me up with another lady from their dealership who deals with selling Enterprise vehicles whom I intend to call in the next couple of months when we buy a new car. The insurance company was horrible at communication with me or Enterprise but Enterprise only called me one time requesting an update although I had the vehicle for over 2 months. I dealt with Paul the rest of the way including when I had to drop off the vehicle but was concerned that I wouldn't make it by 5:00 p.m. on the date that it needed to be returned. Paul assured me that this was not a problem and that they had a drop off box that I could use as well as they could pick it up from me. This location was great at answering any questions I had. I can't comment on how they would react if the vehicle had an issue because the vehicle was perfection!! I obviously didn't pay for the rental but when I questioned Paul on how much it would cost if I were to continue, I was surprised to find that it wouldn't cost that much and that they do not charge for mileage. At least now I know that if I ever need a vehicle for any reason that these guys are right down the road from me and they're not going to charge an arm and a leg for a beautiful brand new rental vehicle. Being in an accident is never fun but this enterprise location was the only easy part of this whole situation. Highly recommend this location!!!”

“Great experience! Easy and fast pick up and drop off. The same employee waited on me both times, she was professional and kind! The only thing that I would say needs improvement is the cleanliness of the car. There were finger prints in the windows and the nav screen and sticky build up on the console. I needed to wipe the inside down before my trip. But again the actual process of renting, picking up and dropping off was great! Will use AVIS at this location in the future and will definitely recommend!!!Thank you to the nice lady for her amazing service at check in and check out.
