This is a magical place for children. The nature-based curriculum and outdoor classroom are what drew us in, but it's the warm and caring and extremely dedicated teachers and directors who make this school so wonderful.

The Carrot Patch is a top-notch nature-based learning center with a strong sense of community. We are proud to say that every member of our teaching staff is a professional early childhood educator with a post-secondary education.
We offer a holistic, discovery-based curriculum and enjoy significant time each day in our wooded outdoor nature center. We build on children's innate connection to the natural world as a way to integrate literacy, science, music and movement, arts, mathematics, social studies and social-emotional development in a balanced way.
