“I have been a member for more than 10 years. Their customer service is excellent. I have been a customer at various banks for over 50 years. None of them can compare to the service I receive from Connex. I never have any surprise fees for cashing a check, service fees for not maintaining a certain balance, etc. It is all free. I was paid back some money from a friend with their bank check. Took it to their branch, and they told me I had to pay a $7.00 processing fee since I did not have an account. No exceptions. Pointed out to the teller it was their check, written by their account holder, they should honor it. They said no, we don't do that.”
