Javier is the best! He's a great multi-tasker and is willing to do the job. Also, he's very informative and presents the options available just in case things don't turn out as desired. Overall, this is the T Mobile store I'll always be going to. But not any time soon since my phone is fixed! Thanks again!

Do not go here, do not get insurance, they will not honor it, they will try to convince you your phone is broken and toast when it in reality just needs a screen that’s supposed to be covered by insurance, no point in paying extra for insurance if they are going to try to convince you to get a new phone.
