What a gem of a place. All their desserts looked amazing. Just couldn’t decide what to pick so we just ordered a variety of items for the entire family. The consensus was that we have to go back again for more.

Good, but overrated. Good things to order are cookies, entremets, and bread, but would avoid croissants. I think Young Buns (same owner) is better, even if not as well known.

Food and drinks are excellent. Dirty chai late $5.50. Good price. If they ask you to heat a pastry go for it. Changes the whole experience. Staff professional and friendly. Line can be stuffy and long. Parking on street.
Sift Bake Shop specializes in artisanal breads, pastries, desserts, macarons, signature cakes, savory items, and more. Our bakers arrive by 3:00 AM to start the daily production, and every single menu item is made fresh daily within the in-house exhibition kitchen, where guests can watch the bakers hard at work through the glass windows. Our breakfast pastries, which are laminated daily, feature a wide variety of croissants, as well scones, sticky buns, and muffins. Our breads feature a slow fermentation process allowing them to have a unique sour flavor and large cell structure. Each menu item starts from scratch with only the best and freshest ingredients, and we are proud to say that every single Sift product is made right in our kitchen
