I walked out after waiting for an hour without being seen. There was no one in the waiting room or knowingly in other exam rooms. Upon my exit I noticed 4 nurses sitting talking at reception desk.

Worst parking lot! There are at least 5 "van accessible" handicap spaces which eliminate 5 possible spaces which are desperately needed. Replacing two van spaces with two standard handicap spaces would free up 2-3 more spaces even if you made those spaces standard handicap.
