Beautiful space, great vibe. They have open room for events on the third floor with way more character than the usual options. Owners Bob and Karl are delightful and welcoming.

SONO SPACES SOUTH was founded in 2017 by Karl Heine and Bob Walker of Surveys & Forecasts, LLC. Karl met Bob when he licensed a desk at SoNo Spaces North in 2015. They formed Space Partners.
