“Very beautiful park, great sledding in the winter, great for walks, great variety in the scenery.The greenhouse/canopy/mansion area is just beautiful, very well maintained, the variety in the flora is beautiful.I usually go here with my family, either in the winter for sledding, or just to walk around with the dogs and get some fresh air with some good views.There are a few areas which are nothing but huge grassy fields and open space, which is great for going off leash if you’ve trained your dogs to not run off, playing sports, or even picnics.I love just walking around and taking in nature here, the aesthetics are really amazing, especially for photography!There’s a nice lake/river right at the bottom of the hill, behind the mansion, that just stunning on nice sunny/partially cloudy days.Dog-friendliness: Lots of wide open fields and grassy areas, as well as forested area that aren’t super dense, so you can still see your dog while they’re running around.The whole thing is surrounded by a fence, you’d be hard pressed to find it, since the property is so large, but it’s there. No need to worry about your pups getting lost and ending up somewhere dangerous.Perfect for your dogs if you like to take them off leash!”

“The Bartlett Arboretum definitely made my day trip to Connecticut more interesting and enjoyable!I was surprised to discover there was a combination of dirt trails along with open green areas, a nice mix between mystery and serenity. There is a bridge over a stream winding its way through the rocks as the birds chirp in the distance. I felt at peace as I was accompanied by my boyfriend and protected by the tree cover.Two neat aspects of this arboretum were the lamb's ear plant and the prehistoric Redwood tree! I never would have thought these interesting living organisms would be at a small Arboretum in Stamford. I truly felt like I was in a special place-- nature in its purest, original form outside of modern day's creation and the chaos that arises from it. If you are a nature lover, or simply looking for a scenic environment to think and experience a sense of peace, come to Bartlett Arboretum!”

“Recently, we had our family reunion at Serafresca at the IC and the venue was perfect for our gathering of 150 family members!In addition to the gigantic tent, the outdoor facility included room for games, volleyball, a basketball court, and even bocce courts. “We recently had our wedding here and I cannot say enough good things.-To start, John and his team went above and beyond to ensure the most perfect day possible. John was incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding in our correspondence, and in person in our planning meetings he was beyond helpful and had great insight. Our bridal attendant Abbey was a delight, the staff (from the valet to the servers) were absolutely wonderful. Our friends and family raved about the attention to detail in service, as well as the food.-Now for the food- I am a bit biased but without a doubt the best wedding food I have ever had, and our guests have been non-stop raving about it as well. Everything was fresh, lots of seasonal & dietary choices, and truly delicious.-This venue may not be for everyone stylistically, but it is truly like walking into a fairytale at night and the vibes were above and beyond what we were hoping for. It feels like you're walking into a small scale "Newport Mansion" type home with plenty to see, and the dining room and dance floor had just the right amount of "new" yet rustic feel to not seem out of place.We could NOT have been happier with this venue and I have received non-stop compliments from every guest raving about the uniqueness, the service, and the food. Everyone we know has said this might have been the best wedding they'd ever been to--- and we credit that all to John and the Coindre Hall Team. “We got married 11/4/23 at Soundview and had such an amazing experience with Soundview. When beginning the venue search we knew we wanted a waterfront venue with an outdoor space for the ceremony and a suitable indoor option in case the weather didn't cooperate. We fell in love with the stunning indoor and outdoor views and the fact that they host one event at a time was also a MAJOR plus for us. During the wedding planning process, Brittany was easy to get in touch with, super organized, and quick to answer any questions I had. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Our guests are still raving about the food and talking about how beautiful the venue was. Diego made sure everything ran smoothly, and Taryn our bridal attendant went above and beyond helping out our photographers, and made sure my husband and I had cocktails. The entire Soundview staff went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was spectacular and we can't recommend them enough”

“I have been here several times with largo groups of family, coworkers, and small groups of friends. I always like the food-never got anything we didn’t enjoy! My favorites are the salad pizzas and the meatballs appetizer. Always good drinks, too! The place is spacious and bright and the staff is always friendly. The ONLY reason for 4 stars is that the service seems to be consistently a little slow. So don’t be in a hurry, I guess, because I quite enjoy this place & it has something on the menu for everyone!”

“I had a Sweet 16 party about 3 month ago, when I spoke with the manager from the venue he was very kind, we estimated how many adults could attend because alcoholic beverages you should pay per adults, so I started paying the venue each two or four month and finally on the same day of he party I had to pay for alcohol depending on how many adults came to the party. At first we signed a paper with a estimated 40 people, in the end of the party I had just 20 people but but he changed me has 40 adults people behaved badly wit me , the manager said many things and when the party ended he didn't comply, he also told me that I can use the kitchen for warme up the food later on the same day of the party he said the the kitchen does not include. Just be very careful what you sign he promises a lot and at the moment of truth he is a liar.”

“First of all, the food and presentation were fantastic. We had a nice salad, tasty & fresh. The medium rare steak was cooked to perfection and was the star of the show. The scoop of potato and broccoli and carrots enhanced the steak plate. For desert, there was a plate of five different cakes. This was so much food to eat, and once again, the servers magically appeared with togo containers. This has been one of the top places that we have ever eaten at. I highly recommend this place. Service & food are both excellent. We went on a Wednesday evening, it was busy but not bad. Parked in the parking garage next door. My only dismay was that I left my phone in the bathroom. Called them up, and they acted on it right away. I was put on hold while they retrived my phone. When they came back on with the good news, it was still there, and it was ready for me to pick it up. This place was so captivating that I forgot to take pictures.”
