“This the place to go if you need new running shoes. I've mostly been wearing Asics on Thanksgiving morning for the past 23 years but it was time for something new. My 12 year old Asics were getting tired so I went in here in August the day before running the RiMaConn and Ashley hooked me up with my first pair of Topos. What a difference these made. She scanned my foot and had me try a few different shoes before deciding and I'm confident we found the right shoe for me. I went from being a reluctant infrequent runner to when's the next 5k but I'll sign up for the 10 instead. Thanks again”

“I'm not a big fan of the Loft, most of their items are not my style, but I'll occasionally walk in. I notice their store is usually set up to feature one specific color, and you'll notice it right at the entrance. They'll have all the new items of that new color, currently various shades of pink displayed on the front table, not to be missed. This is fine, but a variety would also be more eye catching. I've been on the hunt recently for a specific pair of pants, they are from a few seasons ago at the Loft. I've gone to a few stores and I've looked online, and I haven't had much luck. I stopped at the Loft store at Westfarms, I asked the man working there if he could help me find them. He was so helpful, he looked all over the store for me, he talked to the other associates, he did a store search online, he looked in the back room twice, sadly they didn't have the pants. I didn't even ask him to do all this, it was all in his effort and wonderful customer service. And it was a very busy day in the store, yet he was still dedicated in finding these pants for me. I so much appreciate excellent service like this.”

“Prices are on the high end but not out of the range of other quality brands I've bought at Marshall's on sale, and they have good sale prices. Quality is excellent and sizing and fit are better for my middle age figure than most brands that run too small or too "matronly". Service is good, although they are expected to push a bit, offering advice and add-ons if they see you looking at something. I've worked in retail so I know they are just doing their job. If you do have a question or need something, they know their inventory and are quick to help. I've been very happy with the work clothes and jeans over purchased.”

“I purchased 3 pair of excellent shoes from Footprints yesterday. The entire experience was wonderful, thanks to the very professional and knowledgeable sales assistant, Dorothy. She went above and beyond to help me find just the right shoes that would fit me properly. She understood that I wanted to get very comfortable (but good looking) shoes at a reasonable price, so she found me several on sale. She did this despite the fact that my feet are hard-to-fit due to a very high instep and other irregularities. Miss Dorothy is also a KIND person who really sees the human in front of her, and she responds with grace and good humor--no matter how fussy my demands are. In truth, I have not seen her in 2 years but she remembered me! Don't buy online-- go to Footprints. You will not regret it.”
