“The new owners of Professional Tire are top-notch! They were friendly and helpful from my first visit for a noise. They found a minor problem and fixed it while I waited. I came back the next day for a more serious repair. A few days later my car started making a different noise and I brought it back in. Eddie drove me to work in my car so he could hear the noise and proceeded to spend the day investigating although he could not duplicate the noise after dropping me off! They worked diligently putting my car on and off the lift and test driving it, several times. They thoroughly checked everything to make sure that my car was safe to drive as I had a long trip to make the next morning. It is hard to find people who care about doing a good job today, but they definitely do! As they said to me on my way out the door, they aren’t looking for a one time customer, they’re looking for a customer who keeps coming back. I am impressed and will definitely be back.”

“Phenomenal service and the accountability to back it up!! Long story short, I got into a fender bender and had my car fixed at the collision center. Once I got my car back, about 2 weeks or so after, my AC stopped working. I immediately brought it there due to it being a hot day out and they immediately looked at it, communicated the issue and options with me, took it in, and worked on it. What really blew me away is when one of the employees mentioned the time length it'll take and offered to drive me home. I live in farther away, but he was able to drop me off at my grandparents, and even offered to come pick me up and bring me back to the collision center once my car was done. Thankfully the fix only took 2-3 hours, but I was very impressed with the service there and how fast they were able to fix it and took full accountability for it.”

“I'm not big on writing google reviews but i felt like i needed to share a very positive experience i recently had at this dealership. I bought a GMC Sierra 2500 in October of 2025 from another dealer in CT. 5 months in i started experiencing issues. D'Addario is close to me so i called to schedule a service appointment. Dillion in service picked up and helped me. From start to finish Dillion was attentive, proactive at communication, and always a pleasure to deal with. The truck was back and forth 3-4 times and although the situation was frustrating and it wasn't a D'Addario issue, Dillion's customer service was always exceptional.
Ultimately, GM agreed to buy back the truck and i asked for D'Addario to host the buy back. They accepted and had a truck that i wanted on their lot. From Shawn the Sales Manager to my Salesman Greg it was a 10/10 experience. Shawn assured me they would hold the truck until the buy back was complete with no deposit and he honored his word. That's Big!
Greg picked up when i was ready to look at the truck and test drive and was a class act through and through. He listens to his customer, makes them feel important, and has a class about him that speaks to his long term success in the car industry. He follows up, doesn't just answer your questions with what you want to hear but rather the truth, and makes you feel like family through the entire process. I would recommend anyone and everyone to give D'Addario GMC a call if your in the market and ask for Greg.

“Parked my car under a pine tree on a very hot day and ended up with a lot of sap / tar droppings. Tried to clean with tar and bug remover and a plastic scraper which resulted in a mess. Went to Abates and he compounded and waxed the car. It now looks like a new car with no trace of damages. Highly recommended.”
