“We had D’Addario Collision repair the rear bumper on our A4 after someone backed into it. They did a phenomenal job on the repair! Our biggest concern going into the repair was their ability to color match the new bumper with the rest of the car’s paint. You can’t even tell that the bumper was repaired! Steve was very helpful throughout the entire process. Before the repair, he went through the various options we had to go about repairing the damage; explaining the pros and cons of each. He quoted each option to give us a clear understanding of what the numbers looked like. During the repair, he made sure to communicate any updates. “A few weeks ago, I visited the Shelton Russell Speeder’s and accidentally locked myself out of my car while vacuuming. Kevin, who I believe is the manager there, assisted me for the better part of a half an hour by allowing me to use his phone several times, and even spent some time helping me remove mold spores from the side of my car while I waited for my husband to arrive with a spare key. The entire time, Kevin was attentive and calming, and I really appreciated his company, while I was in a bit of a frantic moment. I feel he went above and beyond his role.
