These guys not only found and fixed the problem right away but went through my whole jeep without me asking and addressed a few concerns. “I typically never write reviews as most services provided by people are nothing special, but Mr. Tire is definitely the exception to that rule. I had a bend in my rim that needed immediate attention and after calling a dozen shops and dealerships, Mr Tire answered my call immediately and was transparent through the entire process. He traveled all the way to me to get the rim, took the bend out and the rim now looks brand new after he refinished it. Pricing was extremely fair and he kept his word through the entire process. Can’t say enough good things about Mr Tire and his business!”

“Kulmann’s performed a 4 wheel alignment on my 2012 c6 corvette this morning. No one else around wanted to touch it because it’s lowered from stock ride height. They did a fantastic job at a fantastic price! They were so nice to deal with and very professional. I am extremely sensitive as to who touches my car and never for a second did I feel it was in the wrong hands. I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. I will always use them going forward. “My tire was fixed in under 30 minutes and for less than $30! Highly recommend Toce brothers if you find yourself in need of fixing a tire. We had an awful experience getting a tire repaired in Torrington a few years ago so when my tire pressure alert popped up on my dashboard and I spotted 2 screws in the tire when I filled it with air at the gas station I was dreading the time and cost I was anticipating to take care of it. So I googled other options near me and found Toce brothers. The first and immediate plus was that it opens early - at 7 am. And when I called at 7:30 am the next morning the woman who answered was friendly and professional, confirming that that they do fix tires and that I would not need an appointment. The shop was centrally located on Main Street and easy to find, they didn't mind that I parked in the employee lot by accident and readily took my keys to get my car, a few quick questions to provide my information, and plenty of seating while I waited. And the wait was not long! Within 30 minutes my car was ready. They let me know that there were only the 2 screws (I feared there would be more), that they had patched both holes from the inside, and checked my other tires. I was very pleased and thankful! The only thing I did sooner than write this review was text my husband, parents and sisters to let them know about this place in case they ever needed i!”

“I called to get tires today and the woman that answered the phone was absolutely phenomenal. I also got to talk to Tracy who was phenomenal. I will do a follow-up on when I actually get my tires installed but they go above and beyond forther customers. Which I am a customer service representative and I just wanted a compliment them on their service to their customers. I will write a review on my review soon. My plan was to check bj's wholesale club, Costco and two or more other area places.Because town fair tire has been my go to spot since coming to Connecticut six years ago I stopped there first.Matt helped me. He provide great info on all weather tires versus all terrain versus snow tires. He gave me a range of prices in my size of tires. They ran from $90 up to several hundred dollars. I got a great deal on my tires and a front end alignment. They did the work on the spot while I did my laundry down the street. Once again the best service in town.”

“Emissions testing at Superior Transmissions is no longer offered, so I came to this business, as it was the next closest to Wolcott. Brownie was really nice, and for the first time ever, I didn't have to wait to have my emissions test. I was in and out in 15 minutes! The waiting room was really clean, air conditioned, comfortable, and spacious, making it worth the drive. I recommend this place!”

“I've used them in the past they did a excellent job on my transmission very knowledgeable. Recently I just got worked done from them again for bad u joint that caused my housing to Crack they fixed that problem. I picked up the truck but I had a wicked vibration so I took it back the same day told Mike about the issues I was having he took for test drive and said it was front end. Right there I knew it seems like he didn't want nothing to do with this truck anymore. So I took my truck to another mechanic he took for a test drive come to find out it my drive shaft u joint was bad that causing the vibration now I just dish out another $440 that economy should've picked up on. That's why I'm giving them 4 star's they are knowledgeable with their stuff but I think attitude.Service: Transmission”

“I have had all my work done on my mountaineer done by Sean who is a very talented and extremely knowledgeable mechanic who can figure out and fix problems very quickly. He also replaced the transmission in it over the 18 years I had the vehicle and highly recommend his expertise. Most recently the vehicle became more costly to repair than it was worth and had to salvage it. I searched many dealerships and had Sean inspect one I thought would be good from a Big dealership up the street and upon Sean's inspection he was honest in his assessment of codes that were cleared, some leaks happening & I appreciated the recommendation not to purchase the car. It's hard to find a mechanic that will look out for your best interest and do top quality work even while you wait and can see into the very clean shop as they perform maintenance or repairs on your vehicle. Parts are more costly everywhere and I trust this establishment to work on my vehicles to keep them running smoothly & in peak performance as well as their recommendations for what can wait and what needs attention. They also recommended a great used car dealer across the way that is top notch as well that I am currently in the process of purchasing a vehicle with my son there after it was fully inspected at Route 63 automotive and simple routine maintenance items were performed that the dealer did not add to my purchase. Route 63 has reputable ownership and mechanics here and I wouldn't go anywhere else with my vehicles. Thanks Joe & Sean!!”

“I cannot tell you how happy I am with my experience at Joe's Tire Shop today. I don't understand why Google posted negative reviews first when the overwhelming comments were outstanding. I recently moved to Waterbury and my experience with one of their competitors was not great. The prior alignment ruined my tires. Joe's Tire had me in and out in less than 2 hours with two new tires, the older ones rotated to the rear and a 4-wheel alignment - all for the best price I've gotten in a long time.
