“My experience with city tire was as follows:
I placed an oder of tires online over a holiday weekend and scheduled an appointment for the monday right after the weekend. I got a call Monday morning (8a) in which they attempted to leave a voicemail letting me know that they did not have these particular tires in stock. I never received the message because I had it set on AI answering. Anyways, I drive about 15 miles to this location and made aware of what they had attempted to do. I'm a little upset, but I decided to wait (short version of the story).
I waited for a lengthy period of time. I will say this about this experience, this was my first time here and at the end of the day, Mike did a great job, as I took notice that they were understaffed. He was multitasking and helping out with the front desk, going out in the rain, moving vehicles around, going to the back/garage. I did take notice of this and I appreciated it. I did empathize with him. The staff that was present also appeared to be busy at all times.
Thanks again Mike for your outstanding customer service and not losing it.”

I spent $150 less that way and was still able to bring my business to a local shop. And they were fantastic able to get me in a day earlier than my scheduled appointment time I just called. This is definitely going to remain my go-to place for anything that I need for my car!”
“The Monro Auto Service had some of the best customer service I've seen. After noticing my car's tire pressures were low, we stopped by the shop to get it inspected. Samantha very diligently inspected all of my tires and was able to catch two areas that needed a patch. She graciously provided a permanent fix for us for both tires within 10 minutes! I would highly recommend her to anyone, whether locally or traveling from afar if you need to get your car fixed!”

“They have a full service optical department, who knew? I recently broke my glasses, and my backups were an OLD pair. I needed something quickly. I called the optical department and they were able to get me in that same day for an exam. The process was such cool technology, went very quickly and the technician was great. I ordered glasses that day and was back to pick up the finished product within a week. Amazing! I am definitely recommending this optical department to everyone I know!”

“I lost a windshield wiper while going through the car wash. As soon as I drove out, I called Firestone in Norwich Connecticut. The mechanic was very gracious and kind; he told me I can come right in. I was in and out in no time with a brand new set of windshield wipers. I am very happy with my service with Firestone over the years!”
