“Broke down 3 1/2 hours from home with a freshly cracked flywheel? These guys got my MIL covered. Needed the repair to hopefully be done in two days to go home, as the Airbnb would end. Explained our situation and they went to work - fit us in, mind you, with no guarantees - driving hours for parts, working after hours to make it to the finish line. Knowing what it takes to make this repair in this humidity with a time crunch, well even the price was fair. Drove home with no issues and it's been a couple weeks like it never happened. Im glad our paths crossed.”

“I was referred to Tony Hudson’s Garage by a local shop to replace the fluids in my transmission, brake, clutch, and rear differential. The receptionist is incredibly friendly and assists in making appointments. When I spoke with Chad, the owner, about technical issues with my Mustang, he addressed them professionally, kindly, and with extensive knowledge.
I dropped off my car a day earlier, and it was ready by early afternoon the next day, just in time for me to make an appointment later that evening. The staff was incredibly welcoming, explained everything clearly, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs instead they gave me new wipers for free replaced the olds ones for free . “I just want to give a special thanks to John. He came out to help me with my car that broke down not something I wanted to deal with after working a 12 hr shift. It needed to be towed to a garage. I wasn’t sure which one to use and he went out of his way to call different ones to find the right one for my situation. He also stayed with me at my car until my mother in law came to pick me up. He didn’t want me to be by myself in the dark. He was so friendly and helpful. He made a bad situation much easier. Thanks again John for all your help !”
“The staff at B&E were truly awesome. I brought my 2022 Colorado in for 4 new tires and a wheel alignment. Friendly and knowledgeable service manager showed me my how my old tires were worn very evenly and that I didn't need an alignment. The waiting room was comfortable, clean and offers coffee and water. I'll trust B&E to work on my vehicles in the future! Thanks guys!”
“Outstanding service, and, more important, CUSTOMER SERVICE! Quick responses from the owner tell me he genuinely cares for every customer. East Coast Auto Repair is honest and consistent with estimated costs and repairs. They even repaired an underlying issue that was not mentioned when service requested (and told by another mechanic that I would have to take the vehicle to a dealership for diagnostics). I am 100% satisfied with East Coast Auto and will be returning (hopefully not any time soon!).”
“Stewart, the owner of Harmon's Body Shop, is amazing! After a run-in last December with a deer on the way home from work, my insurance company wanted to total my Kia Sorento after getting the first body shop estimate. But the adjuster gave me another option: She told me that if I could get the car repaired for a dollar amount that was about $1,300 less thana that estimate, they would pay for it. So I asked friends whether they could recommend a body shop that did good work at very reasonable rates. One of those friends told me she had gone to Harmon's Body Shop in Millsboro and Stewart had repaired her car for a charge that was very reasonable. So I went to Harmon's and talked with Stewart. He went to the first body shop to look at my car and said he thought he could do it for the dollar amount the insurance company was willing to pay. I had the car towed to Harmon's. Stewart submitted an estimate to the insurance company and it was accepted. As luck would have it, Stewart was able to find a Kia Sorento in a salvage lot that had been totaled but had an undamaged front end with most of the parts my car needed. It was even the same color! Less than 3 weeks after I had my car towed to Harmon's, Stewart completed the repairs, and I drove out of his shop with a car that had a beautifully rebuilt front end. Stewart also drove it just enough to make sure it was mechanically sound. I am fortunate to have found Stewart and Harmon's. I never could have gotten a car even remotely similar to my Sorento with what the insurance company was willing to pay me. I highly recommend Stewart and Harmon's Body Shop. He is honest, gets the job done in the timeframe he says he will and does great work.”

“Came to Ocean Area Tire looking to have my new wheels mounted on my car with new tires. Brought it in beginning of the day and Glenn had my new tires ordered, delivered, and installed by the end of the day. Estimate was accurate and transparent (not to mention half the price I was quoted at another local business), communication was top notch, and the wheels look amazing. Call and ask for Glenn, I can't recommend him and this place enough.”

We met because I failed my vehicle inspection because I don't know what I am doing so after the failure I called them panic stricken high beams were an expensive addition to a vehicle. The mechanics calmly and patiently got me to find some hidden button on the floor. He requested nothing from me. Now they are stuck with me for life.”

“Had an alternator go in my truck 200 miles from home towing my camper. Normally something I can do myself but with no tools and no way of getting part had to pay to have it done. Truck literally died in their parking lot had part on the way and installed in no time flat. Mechanic even helped me back my truck and camper out of their lot moving vehicles and spotting me in blind areas. Great service and friendly people. Hope to not need them again but if I have mechanical issues while in the area I know who I’ll be going to!”

“Glen was my hero last Thursday! I was returning to DC from Dewey with my dog in the car when my car died. Upon Glen's arrival, I felt immediately taken care of & safe. He was professional, kind, patient, and went WAY above and beyond towing. He was dispatched to tow my car to an auto parts store where I was to buy & install a new battery. He first jumped my car & assessed what the issue was (he was correct!) and once it was drivable, he followed me to the shop (20 minute drive) and waited with my dog while I went to purchase the battery. He then installed it for me in the parking lot & I was good to go. He truly saved me that day & stayed with me much longer than he probably anticipated. Would highly recommend using M.A.G. and ask for Glen!”

“After renting a couple times it was finally agreed upon to purchase a scooter. Gail, one of the owners, was so informative but told me she would get me to Les who would be able to answer and help guide my family in the right direction.
We ended up purchasing a Buzz Around Extreme, great scooter FYI, but Les was on top of everything. We received the merchandise in less than 2 weeks from purchase to in our home.
Upon delivery we spoke with two young men who we spoke to about a lift chair that wasn't working. After getting some information from one of them, we once again have ordered from Scooters-4-Rent. Our lift chair arrived a couple days ago and once again exceptional service.
This small business has gone above and beyond over the last few years for us and I can assure you they are very reputable and caring. If you need handicap equipment, I fully recommend using them. Thank you so much to everyone involved and we will be sure to tell others about you”
