I have been to this blood donation center many times, and have always had a good experience. They have a very smart layout that streamlines the entire process, and their staff have always been good.

I have called then 2 times to donate plasma. I make an appointment and was told i couldn't donate at that time. So yesterday I called and the person on the phone said I could donate today. I drive down there obly to be told I can't donate til September 14. This is the second time I wasted my gas to be told not today..
