“Tom Shaw greeted us as we entered. We explained what we were searching for and he gave us information and pointed us in the right direction. He gave us the freedom to look without a sales person hovering, and I deeply appreciated that. When we had questions he was available. We had the pleasure of finding just the right furniture, after having visited three different stores that day. Tom was professional, helpful, and very engaging. His approach to sales was very appreciated; not high pressure, but treated us with friendliness, humor, and respect. He even sent us an email thanking us for shopping with them.Delivery was a breeze as well. We received texts letting us know the delivery time and who would be delivering. When the delivery guys showed up, they took extreme care to get the furniture in and left no marks on the walls or floors.My experience with R&F was very positive and I would recommend this store, and especially Tom Shaw, to others.”

“7/11/23 My husband and I worked with the women who was working around 7:30pm she was knowledgeable and she didn't just spit out company facts. She waited until we were ready to hear her presentation allowing us time to lay on the beds without interrupting. Unfortunately, we were unable to purchase the bed that day because we had to leave unexpectedly but I would definitely recommend Casper based off my interactions with her.”

“The prices are amazing. Choose this location to save on taxes since I previously went to their location in New Jersey for a full set of kitchen appliances last year. I also didnt get a protection plan, which was almost 50% of the cost of the refrigerator I bought that day. While you may find mom and pop appliance sellers who do scratch and dent, the items here are in nearly flawless condition. Which is why I passed on an expensive protection plan. Will definitely be back.”
