“A friend of mine took me with her when she was in need of something to do with one of her tires and it's not in a very nice looking area and can't be seen from highway 27, but the man there did her a solid and didn't charge her the store or dealership price. This was a few years ago. I don't know how the business has changed since the last time I visited, it was a good enough first experience to write this review with honesty and human reality of a face ti face fact based experience artificial in can't replicate”

Scott joined the help when we arrived with the car. They got us on our way and ensured we were not breaking down on the way home. I could not be more grateful to these two men. They were so helpful to us and our dog in a crisis. There are good people in this world.”

“My car ignition was sticking, wouldn't start, and the ride was rough. (Individual issues). I had received a quote from a local mechanic, to replace the starter, and it was way too much money. (Like, way too much)A friend recommended RTC Mobile Service. (a family owned business) They told me to bring the car in anytime.I took it early that same afternoon.Ray & Ray both met me with a smile, asked me what the car was doing, took my information and, they would call me in a short while with an estimate.Turns out it wasn't the starter, but rather the relay. The ride issue was a wheel bearing. I gave them the green light to proceed and fix the car.Their quote was less than I had anticipated. ( The quote they gave me to replace the starter was $300.00 less than the local mechanic, with the exact same part number)They went above and beyond, looked over my vehicle and said it was in good mechanical shape) They didn't have to do this, as it took time from their day. I wasn't charged either and it gave me peace of mind.My car drove like it was new. To have the feeling of security with an older vehicle is priceless.I will be recommending these guys and they have my future business.They are professional, friendly, honest and have integrity.Our county needs more businesses with these values.Thank you Ray and Ray”

“Talked with George over the course of a week before deciding to "pull the trigger" on a 2008 Jeep Rubicon they had on the lot. George advised me of problems that the Jeep has/had which are all correctable and not unexpected honestly. After weighing my options I decided to trade in my Honda accord for the Jeep Rubicon as it checked off some positive boxes for me.1. It was a manual shift for the 4WD (as well as manual shift for normal drive) - I hunt and some of the places I go, I didn't feel comfortable parking the Honda.2. AC was ice cold3. It's a soft top, which is nice if I decide to take the top off.Some things that George didn't know and I'm going to rectify myself or already have. I was under the Jeep this past weekend working to adjust the steering wheel back to center, honestly this should have been done by Layes when they did the "alignment", however they didn't. I found that one of the adjusting collars for tie rod, the bolts/nuts were loose. Barely even screwed into the nuts.I wish I could say that the oil change that I read on the car fax has been done, but the old oil filter says differently for me. But I'll be rectifying that myself this weekend anyhow, just to be safe.As for a wheel hop or strong vibration that was mentioned by George, that was pretty much rectified with a new set of wheels, went from Mud/Rough terrain tires that were on it to a set of All Terrain tires.Steering is still very loose, but I already have ideas of how to fix that and will be taking care of that as well. All in all, good Jeep, good price and happy!Thank you again George and Bill Owens!”
