“This is a great store. And the thing that makes it great is the employees. They are the highest class of people with a ready smile on their face, and much kindness was shown to me. In fact they celebrated me, they laughed at my jokes, they honored my presence. So if you want to feel validated about yourself as a person come to the store, but if you want to pay more reasonable prices and have a more liberal return policy, then Sherwin Wiliams paints is not your place. I bought a 5 gallon bucket of espresso bean but it didn't match, and we couldn't return it because we had opened the bucket to see if it matched. When I bought it they didn't tell me that I couldn't return it if opened the bucket to see if it matched. Your opening of the bucket makes the return void. So it wasn't the best deal. Plus they charged me twice for rollers. So I'm hoping that the paint store owner will take pity on me and let me return this unused paint. I was going to buy five more 5 gallon buckets, but decided it would be better to go to Home Depot, because if anything goes wrong you can trust them.”
