Looking forward to working with them in the coming year.Update ...now that Im supposedly all hooked up with Medigaplife , I still havent received any paperwork from them & the only website takes me here to leave a review. Or to the page where I block all other insurance calls . I cant check on any of my benefits or cash allowances that I need to use by end of the month . Or it takes me to a site to sign up for Medigap. Which I thought I already was . I will have to wait until Monday to speak with my agent and hopefully get the info I need . “This review is regarding the claims process for the Tirerack tire warranty . I’ve had 4 claims on two vehicles’ tires in the past 2 years (I purchased 8, so half have blown out from debris driving daily on I-4, go figure).The first claim was a little clunky, as I was not familiar with the process or their claim portal system. However, I’ve since learned and it’s actually quite easy. Made the latest claim last week and received the check in the mail today. Some feedback:Cut down on the auto text function used. Each time some one touches the claim you get bombarded with multiple texts saying the same thing.Have a way for a direct deposit to happen instead of mailing a check.Those points aside, I have full confidence with this company and will continue choosing Tirerack for my tire needs, thanks to the folks at NIU Claims.”

“Our experience with Mr. Evan Fields was perfect. It seems like he was the only one that finally helped. He greeted me on the phone with a soft tone voice, listened about our issues that were not good in the past with other Agents and repair man’s. I believe since October in 2022, Sears have been attempting to fix our refrigerator but failed over 16 attempts. We had many bad experiences with calling Sears and speaking to many different Agents and many different repair man’s coming to our house guessing what the issue was but failing. They were not empathetic to our needs especially when I told the Agents and repair man’s that a lot of my meat got spoiled which we lost money. My spouse and I were over frustrated. Mr. Fields did his research and finally our issue got resolved. He showed us empathy and a willingness to help us. He is an asset to your company.
