Miele is the worst appliance company! The customer service is one of the worst out there! My freezer needed service and they sent out incompetent technicians! Miele is awesome - this store is not. The folks that work there are pretty snobby. I went in there with messy shorts and tshirt - and they barely looked at me… I went and bought my $4,000 coffee maker somewhere else.
