“Had my car towed to them after hours. They have a user friendly Dropbox with envelopes to explain your issue and place your keys. They contact you and do full inspection on your car. They review the inspection with you and you can select the services you most need. They are respectful, thoughtful, and easy to work with. Had my alternator replaced.”

“Took my 2010 F-350 SD 6.4 Diesel to Premier when my A/C went out. They quickly analyzed the issue and determined it was an idler pulley that went bad. They ordered parts (and changed both main belts and 3 idler pulleys as they were all old) and made repairs next day. All good ! People there are great and the work they did was also great !”

After checking the starter, the alternator, etc., they determined that all I needed was a new battery in my key fob. Cost for all their time, and a new battery…$70. Seriously, how many auto repair shops are that honest? 5star rating?”

“After being unsuccessful while contacting 4 other local tire shops I contacted Tires Plus. I had the pleasure of speaking with Sean the Manager who told me that if I would like to apply for a Tires Plus credit card I can get my tire patched no charge. And of course that was an offer that I couldn't refuse. I found out when I got into my car this morning that the tire pressure was only 13. I was able to get air in my tire from another local tire shop. The honestly and helpfulness of Sean just confirmed the reason that I have been a loyal customer of Tires Plus for many years. My tire is patched and now I am safe once again knowing that all is well.

“Woman at the front desk was extremely friendly. I bought 2 front tires and wheel alignment. After picking up car when job was complete, I realized that the steering wheel was not lined up properly. With a straight wheel, the car veered right. I didn’t have time to return to shop. The following week I went back to explain to same woman. No further questions asked, she apologized and said they would take care of it. I didn’t have an appointment but it got done in a couple of hours. Even though the job wasn’t done right the first time, I appreciate her customer service. I’m sorry that I don’t remember her name.”
