“I recently took my Mercedes Sprinter van to Images for a detail job. Unfortunately, a simple accident occurred and my vehicle ended up with a noticeable dent in the hood that required bodywork.
Throughout the entire process, David, the manager, was absolutely fantastic. There was some confusion early on about how the repairs were going to be handled, and I didn’t initially agree with the direction things were going. But what really stood out was David’s professionalism — he never dodged a call or text, never ghosted me, and always stayed responsive, transparent, and on top of every detail.
Once the repair was complete, he personally cleaned the entire van, and when I picked it up, it was like the incident had never happened.
My only criticism is that the owners of Images never reached out to me at any point — not a call, not an email, nothing — even in the beginning when the issue first happened. As a business owner myself, I would expect at least a quick acknowledgment of the situation. A simple “we’re aware and we’ll make it right” goes a long way.
