“I have to say, I had the best Thanksgiving pre-shopping experience at our Inverness Walmart yesterday. I am expecting to host 19 tomorrow so I had a big shop. I was so happy when I got my overflowing cart to the front there was a cashier named Russell available with nobody ahead of me! He got a second cart so we could fit them as we bagged everything, and was so cheery, patiently working through my pile. Then another superstar, Angel, came and helped me push the second cart to my car so I could get all these in 1 trip. Both so pleasant and helpful, I am grateful they made this a easy as can be. Thank you Walmart for hiring these 2 great team members, and thank you Russell and Angel, I appreciate what you do. #Walmart #Inverness #customerservice”

“The lecanto Walmart is usually well stocked most days but today during my visit several items were out of stock that I wanted to purchase and going to checkout after finishing my shopping 1 cashier lane was open at 9 am self checkouts were full because of my parkinsons disease tremors I use cashier registers as I'm not able to hold items still for scanning . Nobody came to open another register even though the line at the 1 open register crossed into the main front isle blocking other customers from going through this is absolutely unacceptable for a billion dollar company I'm very disappointed with the lecanto Walmart I usually give them 5 stars but today I can't and the prices have gone up on almost everything like great value canned veggies use to be 50 cents a can now 76 cents a can family size cheerios cereal use to be 4.93 a box now 4.96 3 cents might not seem much but on a fixed social security fixed disability income it is my grocery benefits are now $10 dollars less from my Medicare insurance company I now have to make tougher choices of what I can afford and can't I only get $70 per month for food use to be $80 .The employees are quite friendly and I'm known by many of them since I'm a regular customer they all make me feel right at home and I enjoy seeing them when I shop there. Like most stores there are some days that are better than others its not a perfect world .Overall this store is not a bad place to shop .My latest visits have been quite pleasant. ?”

After working together for a little more than an how the mission was accomplished. The team was helpful and extremely courteous in helping me get what I needed.”
“I'm just very disappointed and torn that the Hernando Store is closing. I have been a customer since they opened. Now I learn I might have to find a new pharmacy. That they are not integrating all customers into their other locations. Not sure exactly why as I fill over $1000 in meds monthly and have since the Hernando Store opened at its 1st location. Definitely has me stressed and my immune disease flaring...But....Alex is amazing, always helpful and kind! Even if they don't continue accepting me as a customer I do wish her the best. She's so great at her job with a beautiful personality on top of her skills!!Let me just say that G&R has been great over the years and I truly appreciate their kindness and care regarding all my prescriptions and services. True, the location and parking situation is disasterous (at best) but you can't beat the service and good attitude.”

“I'm writing this review for the pharmacy part of the store only. My husband and I wanted to get our flu vaccines and found out that our regular pharmacy did not have the over 65 flu vaccination that my husband needed. So I called our local Walgreens and found out yes indeed they have both doses of the flu vaccine. The pharmacy aide said no appointment necessary just come in. We signed in and were given paperwork to fill out regarding any health/ allergy issues. Just a couple of pages and HIPPA documents to be filled out and signed. They also took our insurance and identification cards. Then a short wait in their small sitting area for there were two people in front of us. The pharmacist called me behind the screen divider and introduced herself then proceeded to go over my answers. She also asked which arm I preferred to get my injection. I told her it mattered not. She then swabbed my upper arm with an alcohol wipe, waited for a few seconds to dry and gave me my shot. She was very gentle - I hardly felt it. The pharmacist was friendly, fast and efficient - sanitizing her hands before and after my vaccine. My husband and I were in and out under 20 minutes. A very positive experience and we would definitely go for our yearly flu vaccine again.”

“Publix never ceases to amaze me. Once a week I am in Forrest Ridge store and/or Dunnellon. The employees are so kind, helpful, dressed well and they smile. I want to remember names who reaches out to help me, but I will just say they are equivalently customer service oriented. I do not mind spending a little extra to be treated so wonderful. Thank you Publix for hiring and training your employees in such a way they exemplify a trait that's being forgotten... “Always a delight to visit the pharmacy, Corey the pharmacist is such a caring person, always available for questions about meds or insurance or anything to do with pharmacy. She makes you feel like you are the only customer. 5 stars for her. All the other assistants to Corey are top class, special mention to Leah, though young I can tell she cares, she’s going places. In fact everyone in the whole store who I’ve interacted with were on the ball, the atmosphere overall was welcoming.
Came back many times and always was great customer service, today, Leah went above and beyond to help me out. Yes Leah, I mean you, brilliant customer service and such a nice personality, your co- workers surely gave you a thumbs up that you we now one of them, well done Leah and everyone!”

“So I’m a disabled vet and in my area I don’t have a major VA facility so I often have to go to urgent care so today after finally two weeks of having severe back pain I went to urgent care who in another review took awesome care of me they sent the prescription for my pain meds to the local Walgreens just down the street. I properly received a text saying that I was for my prescription was ready. I got to the Walgreens at 4:55 on a Sunday walked up to the counter. All the lights are on all the gates are up. All the shades are up and this lady told me, sir we’re closed no explanation whatsoever. I said well I just got a text save my medication is ready. They said we’re closed. I said OK fine can you print off my prescription so I can take it to another pharmacy as I need it right away, sir we’re closed really I was able to get my prescription from the urgent care who had also closed at 5 o’clock, but I walked in at 5:15 and there are more than welcomed to transfer to CVS went down had no problem. W problem with the VA insurance no questions asked don’t go to Walgreens in Beverly Hills. Some have an attitude.”
