“This is a new vet experience for me and new puppies (brother and sister). From the first point of contact and through every interaction since, we feel confident they have our pups taken care of. The entire staff gets on the ground with Gus-Gus and Georgie-Girl and makes them feel at home and loved - important for new pups that might be a little scared of a new environment. I also loved that they are prepared when we get there - there is a really cute A-Frame that welcomes all the pets for the day - nice touch! I would highly recommend them!”

“From what it was this store has came a long way. This store truly does offer a lot of supplies for all animals. They even have isopods incase you are creating a bio active terrarium. To be honest I don't really come and chat with any of the staff besides at checkout but the store if perfect for going in and grabbing the supplies you need, whether it be food, grooming supplies, toys or tanks, they have it all.”

“Dr. Jones and Kim are both wonderful people and very knowledgeable. We've had to call after hours for emergencies and have always gotten the answers and help we need. Dr. Jones is also happy to teach and explain as she is working. Highly recommend!”

“Every single person at this veterinary clinic was just amazing. I had to make the unfortunate decision of putting my baby of 15 years down. Everyone was delicate, sensitive, understanding and supportive. I had an appointment and came in crying to a lobby full of people and fur babies. The receptionist immediately knew who I was and what I was in for since I had called the day before and she took me into a room right away so we can have privacy. She didn’t make me wait to get checked in. Even the way she spoke was so gentle because she knew this wasn’t an easy thing. The vet tech who helped after was so sweet and patient. We weren’t rushed. They didn’t force the payment down our throats at the wrong time. And they gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. I want to thank you all so much. Dr. Phillips is amazing and she is so lucky to have the staff she does. Because of you all, my baby had a nice send off before finally resting in peace. We also asked for her to be cremated and have her ashes back and the presentation of what we got back made my heart so full. Forever in my heart and forever with me. “Dr Herrera has been taking care of all my horses, cows and now goats for nearly 15 years. Him and his wife Dr Ellis have always been not only helpful and compassionate but supportive in the moments we all dread with our animals. For as long as they are in business I will only use them or who they recommend. Having a good relationship with them for my animals has been a blessing and taken a weight off my shoulders. I’ve called them at just about every hour day or night and they have never failed to show up and help in any way they could. From telling me “not to worry, it’s not such a big deal” and advising how to safely treat an issue at home to referring me to UF for removal of a tumor from a horse’s eye, I know I can trust them to give me the safest and best course of treatment and care for my animals. Both my daughters have grown up watching them and now are studying to be vets also, and I truly believe they have had the best example from Herrera and Ellis. There are just not enough words to express my gratitude for them.”

My cat has had an ear infection for almost 3 months now and we were referred to another clinic for possible surgery, we came to Vet trauma for a second opinion and he didn't think we needed surgery gave us some antibiotics and a follow up to see if my cat starts doing better. very affordable and would definitely recommend to friends”

My previous vet tried drawing blood on my 8-week-old kitten eight times and said they couldn’t do it, but the team here got it on the first try. On top of that, the doctor has incredible availability, other clinics had me waiting weeks for an appointment. Highly recommend!”
