“I don't usually get over excited when I walk into a Harbor Freight. They look and feel pretty much the same. This one was different. Employees were friendly & helpful. It was clean - yes clean without the usual smell I've come to associate with its interior. The store was well stocked and organized and best of all - the aisles were huge. There was room enough to look at something without people having to squeeze by. Needless to say I was impressed and wish they were all like this.”

“Had to stop in here to grab a few items to finish a job I was working on .Nothing less than exceptional service and experienceThere is something about ace that’s just seems easier to deal with than most home centers.Yes, it’s always way more expensive to shop here but they have the staff on hand to help you get in and out of most any situation pretty darn fast .The staff is always extremely helpful , friendly and knowledgeable .They are scattered all over the place and sort of like Walgreens it’s just easier.Oh, and the best part of almost any aces that they take Apple Pay .From a person who hasn’t carried a wallet in years and never carries a physical debit card. It saves me a trip to the ATM to get cash like I have to do when I go to Home Depot or Lowe’sI would definitely recommend to friends and family shop at this”

“I went to buy a chalk board the other day and Ryan and Paul helped me. They were willing to go up to get a unopened box from the very top of the racks to help me, however, I just wanted a piece that Paul cut for me. Ryan discounted it due to it being partly damaged. They were both wonderful and really helped me a lot. Ryan should be a manager as he is very smart and knowledgeable. Thanks to both of them I will return when I need items the Home Depot sells. “I've filled 8 carts with shrubs and perennials here in the past few weeks. Hibiscus, Plumbago, Bougainvillea, Heather, Ruellia, plus top soil, planters, mulch, sod, fertilizer, and more. The prices can't be beat, the bulk deals are great, and the quality is terrific. Melanie and Charlotte are always great. Charlotte is the head of the dept and she knows her stuff, and Melanie is so kind and willing to go above and beyond. Kyle and Bill have either checked me out and/or helped me load up. Bill has been terrific in making sure I'm happy with the selection and the bulk pricing deals. Thank you all for a department well managed and cared for.”
