“Superior service! Not only is Ace well staffed - I counted 8 employees there on a quiet afternoon - ALL were friendly and helpful. I was able to get my bike fixed because several staff went above and beyond. Steve (I believe his name was) is a 'bike whisperer ' - a patient, positive, problem solver who persevered! Cost of the brilliantly done repair was minimal. Highly recommend this Ace location!”

“I used to use this store for smaller, throw away type items. Drill bits, sanding pads, etc. That has all changed. I have purchased a palm sander, angle grinder, impact driver and drill from them in Hercules brand. They have been used more in the last year than most individuals will ever use them in a LIFETIME. That said, they have ALL performed FLAWLESSLY and shown ZERO signs of stopping anytime soon. This particular store is clean, always stocked and has great staff. Highly recommend. ALSO have an impact drill, 3in. cutoff tool, jig saw and Brad nailer from their Bauer line. Same goes for these tools as well. Wouldn't consider purchasing cordless tools from ANY other brand EVER AGAIN.”

“This home Depot opened up recently. It's very clean since it's new, and I really like the layout of where things are. Staff members are very knowledgeable about where things are. They have mainly self-checkouts. This home Depot is conveniently located next to a whole foods and it usually has a food truck in front of it called wahlburgers.”

“Great variety of all types of plants, trees, shrubs, decorative plants, plants for gifts, lots of beautiful and unique arrangements for gifting, lots of pavers, lots of pots, all kinds of fertilizers and mulch, all types of garden stuff that you can think of, landscape fabric, just everything to do with gardening and lawns, and there are people to help you load things into your car. You could spend hours looking at all the plants and stuff for your lawn and garden.”

Every single order the past YEAR, Has been on time and the correct delivery, The most recent I needed extra treated lumber for a seawall, Expected to take a week, Tracey made it happen in less than TWO days! Two years ago, Ashley's dad, Ran the MI spot, I ran out of money and he took it upon himself to get me the material so I could finish and pay later, I was 21 and just starting and Jesse supported me, I barely knew him. Now Ashley and Tracey doing their thing there running it, The greatness was most definitely passed down. If you need a new lumber distributor, Decks and docks Merrit island is the best you are going to get, from service to material quality and on time delivery, Its always ON POINT. As a young contractor that means everything and they have my business for life. They treated me the same as the big shot buyers when I wasn't and now they have my business and loyalty for life. “I like HD in general however, this store did not have a tool rental, which I think would be a benifit to increase the stores traffic. I also did not care for the store layout. Several departments were split up, which made it difficult to find things. As a out of town contractor.”
