    They don't offer assistance and the man that answered the phone was incredibly rude.

    I left message, never got a call back. That's disturbing, considering I'm a Senior Citizen on a fixed income asking for information, which I stated on the voice mail. So, if you're really needing information on assistance, don't hold your breath for a response ?
