“Great atmosphere!! Went to have my rmr battery changed. Not only did the gunsmith do that but he oiled and cleaned my gun without me even asking. Just shows how someone can care about their craft. While I was waiting I had questions about a drop in trigger. They were answered and I bought the trigger there. The gunsmith took care of dropping in for me as well. He honestly made my gun look and feel brand new. I’m glad I went her and could help support a business family owned and not some corporate ran uptight placebo place. I’ll be back again!!”

“Firstly, let me express my appreciation for the exceptional staff at this establishment. Their dedication and service are commendable. However, I feel compelled to share my experience with the owner, who, in my opinion, could benefit from a slight attitude adjustment.Recently, I placed an order for a handgun priced at $650, and while the staff efficiently initiated the order from the manufacturer, a series of unfortunate events unfolded. The manufacturer's error led to a three-month delay, a situation that could have been better communicated. Despite the inconvenience, I visited the store for a refund, hoping for a smooth resolution.Upon my arrival, the Managers demeanor lacked the expected apologetic tone. Instead, I perceived an attitude while he processed the refund. It's disheartening to lose time and endure the hassle of a refund process without a genuine acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused.To add to my disappointment, a simple inquiry about securing my red dot post-range session resulted in an unexpected $35 fee for a service I neither requested nor deemed necessary. Even the staff member involved clarified that it was not an installation but a quick adjustment. Despite this, the Manager insisted on charging the fee, leaving me puzzled and dissatisfied.In such situations, a more customer-centric approach would have been appreciated. Perhaps a complimentary gesture, such as a free range session, could have mitigated the frustration caused by the delayed order and unexpected charges. Unfortunately, this experience has regrettably led to my decision to discontinue my patronage.I share this feedback in the hope that it contributes to a reflection on customer relations, fostering a more positive and understanding environment for future interactionsUpdate: The owner contacted me right away and is handling this refund and seemed very happy to help and bring me back and offer me a range session or refund. So I'm changing my review from 1 star to 5. The owner Mike seems very committed to providing great service and you can tell takes pride in his work. I hope the manager does not get in trouble here, but is able to take this interaction in stride and learn and better himself for future interactions with customers.”
