MIAMi OFFICE and phone line WORST customer service, they just transfer you without a warning I explain 3 times and nobody have the willingness to help and its an urgency from YOUR customer.I spoke with 3 reps, an assistant who obv transfer me, a person who without a warning transfer me and a VERY RUDE import LADY from Miami.
