“Accidentally tore off my front bumper and bent the plate. Devastated because I LOVE my Tesla! ...they're beautiful cars but the company is a pain to deal with. We couldn't get an appointment to have our car looked at at our local Tesla place until Dec 18th! Meanwhile, I NEED this car TODAY to pickup my kid and run errands and help family etc. I can't wait until Dec 18th JUST to be told to leave it with them while they order parts! I'd be out of my only car for months!Called Main Street Collision on a mechanic friends recommendation and spoke to Jay. I explained what happened, sent him the picture of my defaced Tesla and he gave me a rough run down of what he could see and parts he thought we might need. I asked him if there was ANY possible way I could still drive it until the parts came in because there is NOTHING ELSE wrong with it! The front bumper has just come off! He said to bring it in and they'd have a look at it.I brought it in, they looked at it, and he said they'd do what they could but he thought they'd be able to at least TRY to put the face back on. These guys are a popular shop. They had my bumper put on and in place in less than 1.5hours! And I only just essentially dropped in, AND they're busy cause they're popular.Jay was an absolute LEGEND. Very easy going. Super easy to talk to, wasn't judgemental about my stupidity ??♀️ he was extremely understanding and did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable while I was waiting (he told me I didn't have to wait there and could go home, but it's my ONLY car, so I waited). He drove my car out and I nearly cried. I THOUGHT I was going to have to wait months before being able to drive my car, and get stuck waiting for Tesla and their rotten customer service etc. But no. Jay made it possible for me to drive away and be able to go pick my kid up. I can now wait for parts while still being able to drive my car!Look, if you want a friendly place, where they do great work, are super understanding, actually CARE and TRY HARD and not just blow you off and try to stiff you for money, GO HERE. They're amazing. Really.I cannot thank them enough. They saved me. So much time would have been wasted. I will ALWAYS come back to these guys first.”

“If you need an honest mechanic that stands by his work, you have to go to Rudis. They saved me over 2,000 over the dealership when my radiator needed to be replaced. After we picked it up we noticed the radiator cap had come off. The owner immediately sent a tech to our house and fixed the problem, along with a few other things the dealership had done during their diagnostic. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. “6 years ago, my engine blew on the way to Orlando. We were looking for a repair shop and came across Vega's. I told them that my engine blew and that we were on our way to a wedding. Mr. Vega loaned us a vehicle so that we could make it to the wedding and allowed us to return it the following day. While looking for an engine for my car, Mr. Vega offered to loan me his vehicle. I ended up renting a vehicle but thought that it was a very generous offer. He installed the engine and I haven't had a problem in 6 years. I called his office today to get a copy of the invoice showing that I made a payment. Hyundai is reimbursing me due to a class action suit on their engines. Vega's customer service, 6 years later, is still impeccable. Vega's Hi-Tech Auto is an honest business with skilled workers. If I lived in Orlando, I would be using them all of the time!”
