I LOVED the massage at Lifestream Spa! Valerie was absolutely amazing, I felt so much better afterwards, 100% recommend if you want to treat yourself.

I booked the massage and sauna for my bf as an early Christmas gift. Same day. The staff and owner were AMAZING, super friendly and accommodating!! My bf said that it was clean, quiet, super calming!! I will be booking with them soon
Lifestream Spa is unique with it's warm and inviting decor. Our motto is, We Care. We listen to our customers and customize all our services to fit their needs and concerns. You start out by putting on a pair of the Worlds Softest spa socks followed by putting on a pair of our spa therapeutic animal slippers. You will then be escorted to our lounge where you will relax before your service and enjoy a beverage from our hot tea bar, be given a warm neck wrap and start letting it all melt away.
