“This Hospital is awesome and has a genuine caring staff. I own a 24 hour animal hospital in fort Lauderdale. 2 nights ago we ran out of a medication that we needed for a patient. the neighboring hospital veg wouldn't help us. I called Pet Emergency Center and Lindsey answered. She was Polite and said to come right over. if you have an emergency stay far away from Veg and consider Pet Emergency Center. They actually care about people and their pets. I will always support this facility.

“Let’s face it. We cannot control or plan for when our pets will need urgent veterinary care, especially on the weekends or if you’re unable to see your primary veterinary office. If you find yourself in that situation, I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic. My dog needed urgent care for an acute problem, that could have been treated by our primary vet office, however they were closed as it was the weekend. We were treated by Dr. Axelband, who is very knowledgeable and experienced. Jasmine, who is efficient and friendly, also assisted us. The clinic was able to accommodate all of my our medical needs. The staff is polite, professional, and accommodating. I hope you don’t ever need urgent care for your pet; however, if you do I’d recommend Urgent Pet Clinic.”

Also, they always provide you with detailed pricing for services & are very fair. We feel extremely fortunate to have found Heroes for our pups!”
“I'm leaving a review particularly after seeing the rating. While I am a new customer and one of the two employees I dealt with was also new on staff, I can't say enough how helpful they were. And how well they managed to handle all my questions and the adoption of my new little kitty on top of running a store which got quite busy sometimes. There was a gentleman there servicing all of the tanks and fish, also an employee, as an aquarium enthusiast the conditions looked healthy. Kody and Nicole went out of their way to make sure I felt well taken care of. I don't usually write reviews, but anyone can have a bad day and any business can go through a tough time with their staff/customer service. I didn't find this to be the case on my first (but certainly not last) visit. I would highly recommend”

“I took my 7 1/2 yr old Shihzu Bailey Mix to this South Broward Animal Hospital for his vaccines with a groupon on Saturday. I live in Coral Springs. It took about 30 minutes to get there but it was SO WORTH IT!!!!. Everyone was just wonderful. Ashley the asst was so kind to my baby because he was so scared and hiding under my chair. She was so compassionate and caring with him. She answered any questions I asked and didn't rush me. She was so knowledgeable and reassuring. The vet was just as nice and compassionate to my baby and also answered any questions I had also and took his time. I left with such a good feeling about this Animal Hospital. Then today Monday someone actually called from the vets office to see how my Bailey was feeling and make sure he did not have any reactions from the vaccines. I cannot say enough good things about this vet and his staff. I wish I could pick up this place and put it in Coral Springs. But I would not hesitate to go back if my Bailey needed to go to the vet. It was so worth the drive. I will be recommending to everyone who needs a wonderful vet and staff. Thanks again to the vet and Ashley and everyone else there !!!! Eileen S”

“Blue Pearl’s team truly went above and beyond while caring for our very sick cat. They provided exceptional medical care and consistently kept us informed about his condition, needs, and prognosis. It was our first time leaving our cat in a hospital setting, and the compassion, responsiveness, and reassurance we received from every staff member brought us an incredible amount of comfort during such a stressful time.
Even now, when I call with questions, they are thoughtful, patient, and quick to respond. During one of the hardest experiences a pet owner can face, they made us feel like our cat, Taco, was their top priority. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, Taco is recovering beautifully and nearly back to his goofy, sweet self. We are so grateful and would not trust our animals’ care to anyone else.”
“Dr. Gonzalez was our vet for many years and treated our pets with live and care, we originally chose Him because we knew in the future we were moving to Japan and asked every vet of they can do the paperwork and none of the vets we called from west palm to homestead had any idea of what we were talking about or just out right refused because they said it was too complicated, when we called Fort Lauderdale veterinary center they knew exactly what we were talking about and confidently said they can handle it. The added bonus was they were a great, friendly and knowledgeable facility and all our visits were handled better than anyplace we been to prior. Needless to say we moved last month and everything was good and in order and made it through the airport without a problem and with how strict Japan is that is really saying something. So now Mochi and Katsu are happy in our new home and my only regret was not remembering to write this review sooner.”

“Dr. Kese is absolutely the most knowledgeable and compassionate veterinarian I’ve been to. In all my years of being a pet parent, I will say that he is definitely our favorite veterinarian. We (may fur babies and I) really only come to the VCA for him!!!
In his absence (he has been on vacation) I have not had good experience - very bad experience at this VCA. I brought my kitten in the other day and she was misdiagnosed. So I called back a few hours later the SAME day and they refused see us without another $95 visit fee which they wanted simply to prescribe the correct antibiotic that they failed to give us the first time. I chose to take my baby to a different veterinarian and pay another fee to be seen and get the correct medication. So wrong!!!
In my opinion, this is a wonderful place to take your fur babies ONLY and I’m stressing again, ONLY to see Dr. Kese!!!
The other doctors there are likely to send you home with the wrong medications and wrong diagnosis and refuse to recheck without more money!”
