“Hit a florida pothole HARD one night. Bent the inside of my 18" Genesis alloy rim. Rather than dealing with insurance deductibles, or going after the city, I found Chip's and decided to give em a shot. I had never had an alloy rim repaired before. Given it's the holidays, money is tight and schedules are hectic. So this seemed to be the most hassle free option.Chip's is closed on Fridays, so after requesting a quote online, somekne emailed me back within hours and I decided to just drop off the wheel on Thursday.Called to touch bases with them on Monday around 10. The guy I spoke to, went to go find my wheel didn't have my name wrotten on it for whatever reason... But he put eyes on it and said he'd call me back in a bit. 10min later, he actually called back! Not only that, but he said he'd have it straightened, and balanced in about an hour!From the look of the shop, these guys can handle damn near anything wheel related! I was quite impressed as a former mechanic.I pulled in when I got off work, saw my wheel sitting there, same guy I dropped it with walked up, and after paying him, offered to put it on my car for me! Quick and easy! That's so rare these days!Price was well fair at $135 (with card) or $120 (cash)These guys had already earned my respect, so I had no issue paying in cash. I felt comfortable that they stood behind their work. He even threw it in the dunk tank to check for any leakage and that rim is now the cleanest wheel on my car! ?I would definitely recommend Chip's Wheel Repair to any and all people that might find themselves in a similar situation one day.Thanks y'all!”

“I was referred to AW by Audi Fort Myers. I contacted them and said I would be self pay. My initial experience with the first person was less than optimal. Bit arrogant, a little condescending because I question 10.2 hours to paint a bumper.After they removed the front end they discovered a bunch more damage, so I got Allstate involved.My vehicle looks brand new again. So far workmanship appears to be quality. They even did the little things like a full detail.Dominika ended up working with me and let me tell you, hands down, she salvaged that encounter. She was extremely courteous, very communicative, and super knowledgeable. Every time I contacted her she responded promptly and always professionally always providing the information I sought.I picked up my vehicle today, Dominika met me with a smile and a firm handshake. “As snow birds we started our trip back north today with our F-150 loaded to the brim and fully prepared to get a few hundred miles out of the way before stopping but of course the truck had other plans!The alternator went out on our way to the highway and we were stranded on the side of the road but not for long!! “My 2015 Mustang got hit by another driver who jumped a red light in Estero. Thank goodness no one was injured, but my 'beloved' Mustang took a hit and when I called up Ford as to where I could take my car for auto body service; they pointed me to The Collision Center at Galloway Direct in Ft. Myers. They were extremely accommodating and ensured me they would be able to get the car all taken care of. Wheymar of Galloway Direct was on top of the situation working with the other driver's insurance company and ensured I was to get new replacement parts from Ford (vs off brand and re-used parts which the insurance company was trying to push to keep their costs down). He was very helpful in following through and keeping me apprised of the status. Once the agreement was made on the final cost between Galloway and the driver's insurance company; he and his team had my car all repaired and looking beautiful... with NEW parts! Galloway Direct has a great team of folks to work with and they do fantastic auto body repairs! Highly recommend their services.”
