When I brought my car to them for specific repairs, they had also informed me of work that needed to be done that I was not aware of. At first, I was being cautious and put off the additional work they recommended only to find out that they were right. So, I brought my car back to them some time later for the full scope of repairs they had initially recommended. My car is now driving really well and in good mechanical condition. I feel confident in their guidance about the repairs that my car needs and I feel secure in their workmanship.”

Whenever I call they tell me to 'bring it right in' which I appreciate because this is not a daily driving vehicle And of course all Problems occur when I am packing it to leave for a competition. “Hesitant as it turned out when I turn my engine off and was next in line, when I went to start it the battery was clicking. We had no jumper cables but I had a five-speed transmission and the employees push me backwards and I pop the clutch and got it started and everything was fine. That was three or four days ago and the battery is still working fine”

“They’re very thorough. Anytime I’ve had an issue they look for a solution. If WORK was done and I don’t feel it satisfactory they’re more than willing to go back and examine it and see what they can do. I’ve only had that come up once but they took care of the situation and did fine. There was an issue, and it was at no charge. They give you a rundown on the vehicle of what is looking like it needs maintenance versus what is in good shape which gives your records a nice complete amount of information. If you do bring the car in and wait if you have an appointment they’re fairly quick. And I have a nice clean, waiting room where you can actually get some work done while you’re waiting and have some coffee. They seem reasonably priced. I’m not one to leave reviews often but these guys definitely deserve a good five stars they do good work and they value their customers.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement”

“Came here because I was pretty darn sure that I had a drain on my battery which explained why it had died recently. I "somewhat" trusted the other shop that had installed the battery so I was assuming it wasn't the battery itself. Anyway, these guys did me a huge solid, opened it up to find the drain and said they found nothing. I asked if they were totally sure and they insisted there was no drain at all that they could detect. I offered to pay them for the diagnostic BUT THEY WOULDN'T TAKE MY MONEY because they insisted they didn't do any real work. Talk about honesty.Anyway, I went back to the other shop and had them warranty that battery. After installing the new battery myself (didn't trust the other shop anymore) I haven't had a single problem with a drain. At all. Thanks B&W.”
“I got a great deal on tires and the mechanic next door after hearing the calamity I had just endured, provided me the crown nut for my front lower ball joint (which had just fallen off and was lost) and the know how to reinstall. There are still good people out there, thanks again.”
