“Purchased (2) tires from location and had the installed. During installation I was told I needed new valve stems even though I had just added air to the tires prior to arrival at Bill’s Tire. The technician informed me me that they could replace the valve stems for $20 each while using the existing sensors. Just two weeks later I am hearing the sensors slapping around inside the rim. Owners are now saying I will need to pay an additional $79 each to fix an issue that I did not have prior to visiting them for tires. I would NOT recommend using this company for your vehicle needs!”
