They will rent you damaged tools and charge you for them. Even when you explain and show videos of how the tool did not work, they won't listen to you. The manager will ignore whatever you tell her based on their rigid "policy". Not planning to buy anything else at the Home Depot

Wow they need to hire a new manager and re-staff. Just sad, aren't these people suppose to be trained in customer service.
