“Oscar was absolutely amazing!! He called me right away to let me know he was on his way and then continued to send a message as well of ETA. As I was in total panic mode because I had a cart full of food in Sam’s Club parking lot and had to get my daughter from school he was so quick and efficient! I was highly impressed how well he handled the situation of other people/cars in the parking lot and pushed my car back up and up on the loader so smoothly! He was extremely respectful, nice, and funny to my mother and I and was chatting with us and made the ride back home so pleasant you almost forgot your car was broken.
