“Really Impressed!!!I went to JL on my lunch break expecting to be in a meeting within 45 minutes. I pulled up, never being there before, and was greeted immediately and Jaime explained they only have two people at the moment. I asked how long it would take and she explained 15 minutes per car. I was done in less than 25 minutes. Great service and she explained that if we go out of town, they will top off our fluids and air the tires up. Great job, quality work and excellent customer service. Thank you!!! We will be back.”

“East Coast AutoCare is completely trustworthy and did not take advantage of a single woman. I am in town taking care of a family member who is now an outpatient of Mayo Clinic after being an inpatient for 6 months. A parking lot of a medical facility had parking curbs that decided to "grab up and yank down" a buffer device under the front bumper, also yanking loose my bumper. Darn thing was scraping on the ground. The kind gentleman there today diagnosed the issue and fixed my minivan up safe and sound until I get back to my hometown. Many thanks for super great and quick service!”

“Had an issue with the tire pressure in my car and could not figure it out. Went to Monument Road Tire & Service and James helped me out he was so helpful and kind! They checked my tire pressure for me and made sure that my tires were all good and sent me on my way. I could not recommend more!!!”

“Hands down the best auto repair shop in Jacksonville. The battery of my car is dead and after I jump started it, the convertible top and the trunk of my car got stuck. I called so many shops they said they don't fix the convertible. Some of them recommended me to the dealer.So I went to Coggin Nissan At The Avenues in Jacksonville. But the mechanics of the dealer don't know what they're doing. I'm waiting for 1 hour to fix my car and then find out they don't even know how to open the trunk with my physical key. And they said they reprogram my car twice and it won't work. In the end they charged me $189 for nothing.In the end I went to JJ's. I made the appointment for the next day. They don't have a check on fee or diagnostic fee whatsoever. As a matter of fact, they fix my car for free in 3 hours. More importantly, in order to dispute the transaction of $189 for the Nissan dealer. I have to have a new invoice to show to my bank that I will fix my car in another shop. So the next day I called JJ shamelessly to send me an invoice through my email. And they did it. They sent me a $0 invoice.Therefore, the service here is incredibly perfect! They offer you some small canned cokes, coffee, bottled water and snacks for free. The front of their shops is the waiting area that looks like someone's house. It is a similar design as my BOBA PANDA TEA SHOP, but I have a free massage chair they don't. Anyway I also like the facts that the boss JJ treats his mechanic stuff with dignity. They have a full functional kitchen for the mechanic to cook their own lunch. Also they got a shower place and the closet for the Grease monkeys to clean themselves after work.The only thing I dislike a little is the photos on the wall showing the boss taking their stuff to have some dinner maybe at their birthdays. And the JJ the boss has to be in the center of every photo frame. It literally shows the guy is self centered, LOL. but from one boss to another, all entrepreneurs are somehow narcissistic. Without it we cannot go through the dark time of our business. I'm just glad JJ's Auto Care did a good job for me. Thank you so much!”

“Highly recommend this auto shop !!!I had to get a lug nut repaired which I had an appointment for and they said it’d be 1-3 hrs but they were done in 45 minutes plus they checked and topped of all my fluids !! Super friendly and professional. I will definitely be back ???!!”

“Lance and Vhisper were amazing although this is not my normal jiffy lube. I said I would give them a try. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes they were professional and recommended services (front end alignment) I needed for my 2003 Honda. The guys on the bottom Bay not sure of their names or his name but their communication was impeccable they worked well as a team and a very well formed unit thank you guys so much!”

“I was leaving out of town on a road trip and my Jeep needed an oil change. They were able to get me in that day on short notice. They do get very busy so I recommend making an appointment. The owner also told me I had too much pressure in my tires which I was very appreciative of. The Jeep ran better and I will be coming back here for my next oil change as I felt they were very honest.”

I thought I had an issue with my wheel bearing, but did not. Most shops would have gone through with replacing it, but RPM was very honest and I could not be happier with the professionalism and integrity of this location. “Went in for an oil change when my dash screen told me it was time. I went in, Mark greeted and got started. He came to get my very quickly and let me know that my oil, in fact, did not need changing. The previous shop forgot to reset my maintenance screen and I did not need to change anything at this time.I will definitely come back to this location for every service from now on, the honesty and superior knowledge is greatly appreciated.
