It was refreshing to have real professionals doing their thing, listening to my issues they didn't even cause, and help me remedy it. “I came in due to my car shaking around 40 mph, and I needed a new axel, tie rods and a stabilizer bar and all came to about $2k, but they said if I got it all done they’d cut me a deal and they gave me almost a $600 discount for it! Diagnosed my car for free and honored their deal. I will be coming back for more maintenance! Best mechanic I’ve been to in Jax!!”

“Customer service was friendly and they worked with me to change my appointment when I had a scheduling conflict. They price matched the cabin air filter that I had been quoted a lower price at another location. In addition they gave me a great deal on the other services including engine air filter replacement and brake fluid exchange. The new tires are nice! All matching set Firestone Destination LE3. They worked overtime to ensure my vehicle was completed as promised and were very professional.”
“We discovered a gash in the sidewall of a rear tire right before a road trip. I called our local Tires Plus, where we had previously purchased tires. Even though these weren't the tires covered under our protection plan, the technician took the time to look up several replacement options and provided excellent pricing.
He initially recommended a specific tire with a specific discount on its pricing due to a sale, but when we decided on a different option that better fit our needs, he was able to apply the same discount, which we really appreciated.
The best part was the speed of service. We arrived without an appointment, and within about an hour the new tires were installed, complete with road hazard protection. Thanks to the team's professionalism and efficiency, we were able to leave for the trip on time with safe, reliable tires. Great experience overall.”
