Staff was great. Very helpful. Butttttt! Roaches. Yes now I have cockroaches. I can't bring anything into my new house until it's cleaned. Plus all the floor sanding that is all over my belongings. Very upset. Once again staff was great. Other than that not a good place to keep your valuables safe.

Very nice climate controlled storage. The A/C feels refreshing once you get items indoor. And they have carts to help. I feel safe with items here.
