“We have had such an amazing 2025-2026 Pre-K experience!! We enrolled our daughter for benefits of developing social skills and learning the routine of “School” before Kindergarten.
SHE READS YA’LL! Teaching me MY colors singing in SPANISH!!! We driving down the road reading billboards. Absolutely blows my mind how much she has learned ACADEMICALLY in addition to her behavior growth. Handwriting is better than her older sister.
&&& I am not exaggerating… The ENTIRE STAFF makes you feel like family. We get smiles and waves from teachers that don’t even teach my child…. && in random situations that need to be communicated QUICKLY??? They will call you in a heartbeat ?

“Love TLE! My son has been there for almost two years, and their teachers have been more than educators and caregivers. They have practically been an extension of family. In the mornings, my son is greeted by name by all of the teachers, regardless of whether or not they are his teachers. And just to send a special shout out to those teachers who have been so integral in my child’s development, Ms. Nellie, Ms. Kristie, Ms. Paris, Ms. Mariah, Ms. Aneesa, Ms. Madeleine, Ms. Tatiana, and Ms. Sanela (and so many more) we are truly grateful for all of you.”
“Update: We have finished VPK, and words cannot describe how exceptional Mrs. Sylva is. She teaches with love, and it is reflected in her students. Our son came in a little shy, but he has blossomed and developed so much confidence in himself throughout the year.
During an independent evaluation at the end of the year, the evaluator was surprised by how well prepared he is for kindergarten and even asked where he attended VPK. We are incredibly grateful for everything Mrs. Sylva has done and for the positive impact she has had on our son. She has helped make his transition to kindergarten one that we feel excited and confident about.

Our son just “graduated” from Ms. Marsha’s class, and we had to come here to say how awesome she is. We’ve had great experiences with all the teachers at TLE, but the communication with Ms. Marsha is what truly sets her apart. We always knew what was going on in the classroom and what we needed to work on at home. Overall, our son was really happy in her class, and now we’re very excited for VPK.”

Last week, when my son graduated, it honestly felt like we were leaving a piece of our heart behind. The teachers and staff have been such a big part of our lives, and we are so grateful for everything they have done for our family.

“I transfered my 2 year old here 5 weeks ago and honestly it was the best decision I could make. In only a few weeks I see my daughter is happy and actually loves coming. Her last daycare she cried everytime I dropped her off and she was there for 2 years! The ladies here are lovely and caring. No complaints so far!
Just to add 3 months later and still loving it. I love how they update what the lesson of the day was and the activities they are doing. Having the picture updates are nice too! Im happy I made the choice to come here”

“We originally took our son to a different daycare until he was 2. But decided to switch him, some of the key things that stood out to me at that time was how much the owners cared about their facility and how much coverage they have for each classroom. I never had to worry about my sons safety because teachers would get too overwhelmed or not being able to get a break because there wasn't enough staff.
Now, 2 years later, we have another child in their care and love to see that everyone treats our family like their own. The teachers always check in on my kids even after they are no longer in their class. My kids will always walk up to their teachers with a hug or tell us about all the fun things they did at school. They also take special care with my son's allergies and worked with me on what is available and safe alternatives.

“La Petite on Beach has been an amazing daycare for our 1.5 year old. Mrs. Dee is a wonderful, warm leader who is always approachable and communicates clearly and fairly. She truly understands children: when to give them space and when to guide them.
What really stands out is the consistency of the staff. Many teachers are amazing and loving and care. They are attentive, and every child is truly known. The environment feels homey and welcoming.
We are from Pennsylvania and have no family here in Jacksonville. And the staff at La petite have been that family for my baby and I thank them for that.
We couldn’t recommend La Petite on Beach more.”

“We have been at Smitty's for the past 10 years with multiple kids from 3months- 10 years. We love the daycare, VPK and the summer camp program they offer. Camp is very unique with fishing, canoeing, water slides, sports, swimming, etc. Definitely their favorite place to be during the summertime!”

“My son has been at The Discovery Tree Academy for a few months and has thrived because of their care and attention. Having been in an uncaring and inattentive environment before coming to Discovery Tree at his last daycare, he was fussy and just unsure of so much, but within two weeks he was reaching for his teachers, smiling and talking so much.
They take the kids outside every day, do arts and crafts nearly every day, have a very clean environment, and their team genuinely seems to enjoy their jobs and caring for the kids.
