On 2012, we decided to import a massive brick oven made 100% from lavic materials from the Vesuvius in Napoli. It reaches the 1000 degrees in temperature, making possible our Neapolitan pizza style. All the ingredients use in Onlywood Pizzeria are italian or homemade. We use 00 flour and a special San Marzano tomato sauce imported from Italy as our homemade famous Mozzarella. About the food you’ll taste Homemade Gnocchi, Fresh Fettuccine and Lasagna, Homemade Meatballs, Bolognese Sauce and others.
We can surprise you by cooking fresh local seafoods and special plates that we change every day, always sticking to the Italian Style.
