There is an active leak in my house due to Tito’s subpar work. My husband has called/texted/etc. so many times I’ve lost count, but Tito keeps giving him the runaround about fixing the leak in our house. Tito does not stand behind his work. They’re response for repair especially items under warranty are horrible. He keeps promising to come and repair for 3 weeks and there’s always and excuse for him not showing up. Researching under the BBB interesting complaints. I wish I would of done research before calling this company.
