It's well managed and clean. They rent to any who qualify, and their community of people like to help each other. Maintaining the grounds is done well, too.

Management is ridiculous! They enforce rules with only some people, others can do whatever they want to. They raise the lot rent every year! When we first moved in, we were paying approximately $300 a month. It is $562 a month now. We have been here less than 10 years. I do not recommend living here.

Living here for 15 years. Management excellent to keep our community as safe and clean. Rules are clear and understandable for the best of our living area.
