Very accommodating and the food was wonderful, the room itself was perfectly neutral to accommodate any decor and staff at the event were attentive and caring. “Located in an upscale area of West Palm Beach, Evernia Place is beautiful. It is a home, because the Management Staff is always accommodating, friendly, and creative with activities.
We have a pool, putting green and tenants are close to each other.
We are provided information for Seniors that provides one with helpful benefits for healthcare, City information to make Senior living ceasier. Having a garage, balcony and all the amenities makes life here HOME.”

We initially encountered some logistical challenges on our part during the application process (Totally our own fault), and the office was more than accommodating to us. The apartment is very comfortable, and was in great condition when we moved in. Nice, clean and spacious! The ceilings are high, and sound proofing is great. Our unit looks out over Congress and the neighboring restaurants, but the construction does a great job of dampening sounds. Even the sports cars blazing loudly down the road are just a minor inconvenience at most for us!
We have two puppies, and both have adapted quite well to the new place. We're on an upper floor, but it's not too much effort to get to an outdoor space where we can walk them. There's nearby walking paths and dog parks, definitely a pet friendly location!
We've yet to utilize the fitness center or pool, but both are inviting and we're excited to try them. There's grilling spaces around the pool and another in a courtyard for the 2nd building. Speaking of which, there are two buildings for this property that straddle the parking garage. We have two spots assigned to us (A second spot is available for an additional cost), both are within a convenient walk to the apartment.
We've taken the time to create a comfortable nest for ourselves here, and are happy we found this wonderful location. Thank you again for everything, folks. :-)”

“Long overdue review. The Quaye has been our home for over 7 years. We have been trough 3 different management companies and none has compared with their new management. The staff now is nice and kind unlike any other we ever had. We moved out of the country otherwise we would of still be calling The Quaye our home.Shout out to their maintenance staff it has always been the absolute best!!”
“Lived here for the past 2 years and enjoyed it! I loved my exercise routine that included a walk to the ocean in Palm Beach and also enjoyed the dog park in the building that was convenient for my pups. John and Sunni were particularly nice. Lastly, great pool and roof deck.”

Since living here for almost a year now, Chris is still my go to person in the management office.
